RBVH in Tinton Falls awarded Level 1 Veterinary Emergency & Critical Care Society Certification






Red Bank Veterinary Hospital has recently been awarded Level I Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society (VECCS) certification. This certification recognizes facilities with the resources and specialty training needed to provide advanced care to emergency and critical patients. RBVH is open to receive small animal emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,365 days a year. As a level I facility we have multiple Emergency and Critical Care Specialists employed full time and accessible for consultation either on-site or by phone 24/7. We have experienced emergency veterinarians and veterinary technicians on duty at all times. This certification also recognizes our availability to provide advanced care such as mechanical ventilation, intravenous nutrition and peritoneal dialysis. In order to assure the highest level of uninterrupted care, RBVH is equipped with generators to ensure continuous ongoing power to support the operation of critical equipment for an indefinite period of time in the event of a power outage.
