| To continue
offering the most state-of-the art medicine, additional
renovations were made in 1998. This included the
installation of a linear accelerator, used to provide
radiation therapy to cancer patients, and the expansion
of the operating room to a three-suite modern surgical
area.
In July 2003, RBVH expanded its
regional services to Linwood, NJ, with the grand opening
of South Jersey Veterinary Emergency Service, a 24-hour
emergency hospital designed to assist veterinarians
and pet owners living in southern New Jersey and Eastern
Pennsylvania.
| In
December 2004, RBVH moved into a custom-built
58,000 square foot hospital at 197 Hance Avenue,
Tinton Falls, NJ. Thanks to a loyal, educated
clientele who had come to expect the highest
quality veterinary care and customer service,
the hospital needed a facility to accommodate
its rapidly growing services. As a result,
RBVH has become the country's largest privately
owned veterinary hospital with a 24-hour emergency
and critical care facility, referral practice,
general practice and house call service that
employs more than
70 veterinarians. This includes
full-time specialists in avian & exotics,
behavior, cardiology, clinical nutrition, critical
care, dentistry & oral surgery, |
 |
dermatology & allergy,
internal medicine, neurology & neurosurgery, oncology
(medical & radiation), ophthalmology, physical rehabilitation,
and surgery (orthopedic & soft tissue).
Following through on its commitment
to present pet owners with medical options, RBVH converted
its former hospital on Newman Springs Road, Red Bank,
to RBVH Physical Rehabilitation Center. This hospital
is dedicated to 24-hour medical boarding care and providing
physical rehabilitation for pets living with a wide
variety of medical conditions or recovering from surgical
procedures.
RBVH remains committed to offering
the most advanced veterinary medical diagnostics and
treatment in an atmosphere of caring and compassion.
Quality patient care and client satisfaction are top
priorities, and every decision is based on what is in
the best interest of the patient.
Thank you for your interest in RBVH. We appreciate
the opportunity to care for your pet. |
